LifeCare provides health checkup packages, diagnostic services, and doctor consultations. The services offered are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

3. Payments

Payments for services must be made as per the applicable rates at the time of booking. LifeCare reserves the right to refuse service in case of non-payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

LifeCare shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
